Matthew is a seasoned project manager with a proven track record in healthcare and a passion for continuous improvement. He holds a PMP certification, an MBA in Health Services Management from Hofstra University, and a BBA in Operations and Information Management (OIM) from the University of Massachusetts (UMass) Amherst, where he also minored in Classics (Archaeology) and Information Technology (IT).

With over 7 years of experience at Northwell Health, Matthew has excelled in developing and implementing programs that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. He led the creation and implementation of the Rapid Diagnostic Pathway (RDP) for Prostate Cancer with a physician team, which positively impacted the department's net income and opened new business avenues. His innovative approach also brought telemedicine to the forefront during COVID in 2020, educating over 50 urologists and streamlining digital paperwork across 30+ ambulatory sites.

Matthew's technical proficiency spans a wide range of tools, including Microsoft Office, Tableau, Adobe, and various healthcare systems. His analytical skills and technological expertise have been pivotal in optimizing processes and driving successful outcomes in his career.

Beyond his professional life, Matthew is an avid photographer and archaeologist. His work has been featured in Golf Kitchen magazine, and he has participated in archaeological excavations in Tuscany, Italy, where he combined his love for history and photography.
